TESTING AND QUALITY CONTROL

To ensure reliable and accurate quality control, in full compliance with current regulations governing its products, Paper Service operates a fully equipped laboratory featuring state-of-the-art instruments, including an electronic dynamometer, a precision balance, a Wood’s lamp, a hydrometer, and a precision micrometer.

These instruments are essential for monitoring and analysing products intended for sale.

To analytically certify product quality, the following sample tests are carried out:

– Dry longitudinal tensile strength
– Dry transverse tensile strength
– Wet longitudinal tensile strength
– Wet transverse tensile strength
– Thickness and grammage per square metre
– Residual ash percentage analysis
– Cellulose purity analysis
